Install receives error "Printer Uti has stopped working." during the final phase of installation, the install hangs and does not complete.
Sage knowledgebase article on this does not correct.
You need to install an Amyuni print driver using windows updates, rename to Peachtree E-mail Writer v3, then uninstall and reinstall with program path set to the (x86) default area.
If you try and follow the knowledgebase article 27188 (which is only for Consultants and Sage support to view) you will likely get an error 1797. Sage logged into this server and told me it was a problem with their machine, but could not specifically say what. It took several hours of trying different things and research to find this solution. Apparently sage does not include the most update Amyuni driver, they include the 300 and windows update does not list that as compatable with Server 2008 R2 64bit with all updates applied. By installing the one from the Windows updates area you will get the rewuired files that triggers the error 1797.
